Rippolito Strategies is more than a success coaching service.  Together we build a career or business vision that encompasses fulfillment. Instead of simply learning the knowledge needed to succeed, we model the skillsets of others who are already performing in our field.  And then—we take action!  Neither fulfillment nor success becomes reality with the courage to take the first step.

I spent most of my education and career pursuing “success” the old-school way.  I went to high school then college then law school.  I worked my way up the ladder from being an after-school daycare helper, to tutoring, to teaching, to getting my first 40hr/week job, to working in corporate America, to working in law.  There’s a method and formula to success.  All we have to do is follow the recipe.

Yet somehow this recipe for “success” was missing a key ingredient—Fulfillment. No promotion or career move could simply give me fulfillment.  For me, and for so many that I’ve had the honor to work with, fulfillment happens when we can appreciate what we already have, when we focus more on what we can do for others than for ourselves, and when we take action to move towards our vision.
